We have been busy updating to the latest version of Dyno Mapper. Thank you to all of our users for making this possible. We are approaching our tenth anniversary and are thankful to the community we serve. We thank you for your support.

New Features & Functionality

1. New Plans

We have received user requests for smaller/more affordable plans for freelancers and small businesses. We are introducing two new Solo and SMB plans that are available for all users adding the Lite & Pro to our available Plans. We have retired the Starter plan for new users, and current users will remain active unless they choose to upgrade or downgrade to currently available plans or cancel.

2. Wizard (Create from URL)

Our new website crawler Wizard makes it easy to create projects by answering a few simple questions. If you want to avoid customizing the individual crawler settings, it's okay; you can now easily control the advanced settings without any technical knowledge. After answering all the questions, you can quickly refine the crawler settings if necessary.

3. Archived Projects

If you need to pause a project, you can archive it until you need it again. Using this feature is simple: go to your project menu and click Archive Project to archive a project. When ready to re-activate a project, select ARCHIVED next to the project search. Archived projects do not count against plan limitations.

4. Dashboard Widgets & Customizable Settings

We have greatly enhanced the Dashboard features and functionality. Each project's dashboard is now customizable to show only the features you want to use for a particular project. Choose to show or hide the following widgets:

• Sitemap Information

• Assignments
• Comments
• Content Audit Issues
• Accessibility Issues

5. Assignments (tasks): Enhancements

We have improved each project's dedicated Assignments page to include more user-friendly features for the writers/migrators. The interface now includes running totals for open, completed, recent, and past-due assignments. We have also improved our searching, sorting, and ability to filter project assignments by status, workflow, category, tags, and date selection. Check out the new features using Calendar, Gantt, and List View.

6. Create Assignments from Issues

You can now assign individual issues to users with one click. Easily delegate and track tasks using Dyno Mapper. You can make individuals responsible for each Content Audit and Accessibility Issue. View all your issues from your sitemap, dashboard, and dedicated assignments page. Keep your team accountable and watch your remediation progress from a bird' s-eye view.

7. Accessibility: Scoring Settings

You can now control your project's accessibility scoring. Choose whether Likely, Potential, and Manual Testing Issues are included in your reporting. Users can now disregard Likely Problems, Potential Problems, and Manual Testing criteria. The settings will restrict the Accessibility Dashboard, Scoring, and Reporting. If you want to save time archiving errors, this is a way to process quick reports based on known factors only.

8. Advanced Custom Login

Multi-page login forms are currently trending upward. Major platforms have recently switched to a multi-page login for authenticating with users. We have released an Advanced Custom login that can authenticate with a multi-step login form. Sharepoint Online is an example of what is possible with this new feature. If you need support with this feature, you can send us the login page and temp username/password with 2fa disabled, and we will send you back an easy import code - subscription required.

9. GA4

If you are using a new GA4 property or have completed the migration to GA4, we now support GA4 and Universal Analytics. Google Analytics 4 has replaced Universal Analytics. On July 1, 2023, standard Universal Analytics properties were to stop processing data. 360 Universal Analytics properties will work until July 1, 2024. Dyno Mapper will support UA & 360 Universal Analytics through Aug 1, 2024.

10. Security: ISO 27001 Certification & SOC2

Dyno Mapper has been ISO-certified since Feb/2022. ISO/IEC 27001 is the world's best-known standard for information security management systems (ISMS). It defines the requirements an ISMS must meet. The ISO/IEC 27001 standard provides companies of any size and from all sectors of activity with guidance for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an information security management system. Conformity with ISO/IEC 27001 means that an organization or business has put in place a system to manage risks related to the security of data owned or handled by the company and that this system respects all the best practices and principles enshrined in this International Standard.
