Your Privacy Choices
Last updated: May 2026
If you are a resident of California or another US state with applicable privacy rights, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This page explains what that means at DYNO Mapper and how to exercise your rights.
What does “sharing” or “selling” mean here?
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, when we share certain identifiers (such as your name, hashed email address, hashed phone number, and country) with advertising platforms — including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and LinkedIn — so they can deliver targeted advertisements to you and build similar audiences of new prospective customers, this activity may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” of personal information under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and similar US state privacy laws.
For more detail on this practice, see the “Advertising Partners” section of our Privacy Policy.
How to opt out
You can opt out of the sharing or sale of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in any of the following ways:
1. Submit an opt-out request by email
Email us at support@dynomapper.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” In the body of the email, please include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account or sign-up
- Your state of residence
- A statement that you want to opt out of the sharing or sale of your personal information for advertising purposes
We will process your request within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 15 to 45 days, depending on your state).
2. Update your in-app preferences
If you have a DYNO Mapper account, log into MyAccount and use the available privacy controls to opt out of marketing communications and advertising-related data sharing.
3. Manage cookie and tracking preferences
Use the cookie consent banner that appears when you visit our site, or click “Manage consent” at the bottom of any page, to disable the “Marketing” category of cookies. This will turn off pixel-based retargeting on your browser.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We honor opt-out preference signals from browsers and extensions that support the Global Privacy Control (GPC) specification. If your browser sends a GPC signal when visiting our site, we will treat that signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browsing session and any future sessions from that browser.
Other privacy rights
In addition to opt-out, depending on your state of residence you may have the right to know, access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right to appeal a denied privacy request. To exercise any of these rights, please see the “US State Privacy Rights” section of our Privacy Policy or email us at support@dynomapper.com with the subject line “Privacy Rights Request.”
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy request on your behalf. We may require written authorization signed by you and verification of the agent’s identity before processing the request.
Verification
To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before processing an opt-out, deletion, or access request. We may match the information you provide with information we already have on file. We will not require you to create an account in order to submit a privacy request.
Non-discrimination
We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. Exercising your rights will not affect the price you pay for our services, the quality of the services you receive, or any other aspect of your relationship with DYNO Mapper.
