We have been rolling out v3.0 features over the last few weeks and here is a summary of what’s now live for users.
Accessibility Update
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1
You can now test against the latest Web Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) from the World Wide Web Consortium (WC3). The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 address a wide array of recommendations for making online content more accessible. The new guidelines cover the accessibility of content on desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. Following these guidelines will also often make Web content more usable to users in general.
Private Testing / Authentication
You can now test a private website or private web application against Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. If you have a login page that can open in any browser, our system can authenticate and test each page against Section 508, WCAG 2.0, and WCAG 2.1 guidelines. This feature is only available via paid subscription.
Schedule Tests / Monitoring
Organization and Enterprise plans now have the ability to schedule accessibility tests each month to receive notifications on changes to a website or online applications accessibility. Your remediation progress is displayed a line graph for a quick assessment of your website or online application. This feature is only available via paid subscription. This feature is only available via paid subscription.
Archive Issues
WCAG 2.1 requires manual testing for specific criteria. You can now manually archive issues that have been manually tested or remediated from your live or test environment using the Archive Problem. This feature can also be used to remove any false positives that you believe are incorrect and have been manually tested. If you don’t want ever to see that problem in a report, use the Always Archive Problem which keeps that reported error from coming back.
Page Search
It is challenging to audit a large website for accessibility. We have added Search tool that can filter pages by page title or page URL. If you are looking a subdirectory of pages, search with the common part of the URL to view all associated pages.
Multi-Language URLs
View encoded and decoded URLs in our accessibility reports. You will see both the encoded and decoded versions of a URL with the ability to search either text for filtering URLs.
Guideline Groups / Error Codes
Accessibility Guideline Group names and Error Codes are now clearly displayed next to each error in our text-based report and visualize view.
Advanced Crawling
Subdirectory Only
We were asked to create a fast way to crawl subdirectories, and we have delivered with the Subdirectory Only feature. Add the subdirectory, ex. /subdirectory/ and only the specified subdirectory will be crawled for Inventory, Audit, and Accessibility testing. This is very useful for quick crawling of a small section of a website without having to crawl the entire web property. This feature is only available via paid subscription.
Sitemap Export
Export to Vector
You can now export sitemaps to Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG), which is a vector graphic format that is based on XML. An SVG image will remain crisp and clear at any resolution or size and is excellent for interactivity and animation. The SVG specification is an open standard developed by the World Wide Consortium (W3C) since 1999. This feature is only available via paid subscription.

- Accessibility Testing – An accessible intranet will ensure that all staff are treated fairly and can access this essential organizational resource. While many organizations focus on the legal compliance requirements of an accessible intranet, the most substantial benefit is that it is more usable for all staff.
- PDF Document Accessibility – Accessibility testing for PDFs is crucial as it helps make documents available to a broader audience, including people with impairments. By ensuring your PDFs are accessible, you’re meeting standards like WCAG and PDF/UA, making your documents more inclusive and increasing their reach.
