Terms of Use
Before submitting your registration to DYNO Mapper, all users must read these Terms of Service. The use of DYNO Mapper constitutes the creation of a binding and enforceable contract between Indigo Design Company and the user. The terms of this contract are contained in the four corners of these terms of service. These terms of service shall not be modified by the User. As new features are added, they too will be subjected to these terms of service and their use shall indicate consent to the changes in service.
Description of Service
DYNO Mapper is a cloud based web application that creates sitemaps integrated with link information, google analytics, and comments for efficient collaboration. DYNO Mapper is perfect for UI & UE designers and developers, information architects, creative directors, and project managers. DYNO Mapper makes every stage in the web design process quick and easy.
Eligibility
The user is required to submit the following information at the time of registration: Current contact information (Address, phone number, and email), identification, and other information required for registration. It is the responsibility of the user to hold their DYNO Mapper account and password confidentially as well as any and all activities within your account. Indigo Design Company (IDC) reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Proper Use
Users are bound by all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. This includes laws regulating the transfer of personal data from your country of residence. Users shall not authorize third parties to use DYNO Mapper in the breaking of any laws or regulations, defaming, defrauding, or any objectionable or offensive uses as determined solely by IDC. Users are not authorized to resell DYNO Mapper, nor are Users authorized to duplicate or exploit any part of DYNO Mapper without the prior written and explicit consent of IDC. At the discretion of IDC, the violation of any terms may result in the termination of this Terms of Service Contract. All applicable State and Federal Laws will be brought to bear.
Payment Terms
A valid Credit Card must be supplied in order to use DYNO Mapper on a month-to-month basis. DYNO Mapper is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. If any amount of service is used in a month, the month shall be billed in its entirety. There will be no prorated refunds for unused days within a month. Unused months within an open account shall not be refunded. The user alone is responsible for payment of all taxes and or duties incurred.
Modification of Fees and Services
DYNO Mapper may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time for any reason without prior notice. Fees are subject to change with a 30 day notification period.
Technical Support Limit Policy
Users who need technical support should contact DYNO Mapper's technical support team using the support web portal that is available in each user's account. The web portal must be used for all support requests. Social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+) or email should not be used for support. Using the provided web portal ensures that all requests are received and answered in a timely manner and keeps all support records in one location so our team members can stay organized. Support tickets are usually answered within 24 to 28 hours, but response time can fluctuate depending on the number of support tickets in queue.
Standard, Organization, Enterprise plans each have the following support limits per month:
Standard: 1 hour per month
Organization: 1.5 hour per month
Enterprise: 2 hours per month

Cancellation and Termination
Any user account is subject to termination by IDC at any time and for any reason. One free trial account is allowed per company or user. Abuse of our free trial policy can result in account cancellation and/or permanent ban.
The user bears sole responsibility for the cancellation of user’s account. Cancellation of a DYNO Mapper is available at any time by clicking on the “Cancel Account and Subscription” button in the “Update Subscription” section. Subsequent to cancellation, your account will remain active until the completion of the paid period. In the event that the user fails to cancel before the start of a billing cycle, a refund will not be issued. There are no fees for cancellation.
Intellectual Property Rights
IDC Interactive owns all rights, title and interest in DYNO Mapper, including all intellectual property rights protected by the laws and treaties of the United States of America. The user agree to be bound by all international intellectual property laws. The user shall not copy, alter, modify, or create derivatives of the services provided by DYNO Mapper. The user further agrees not to use spiders, robots or any devices be they automated or manual for the purpose of monitoring or copying content from DYNO Mapper. IDC makes no claim to intellectual property rights in any content the user submits to DYNO Mapper. Each user consents to IDC's use of its brand for the purpose of promoting the use of the IDC services by other potential customers. There is no charge associated with such use and use must be in accordance with any brand use guidelines notified by the owning party.
Warranties and Liability
IDC offers no warranty, implicit or explicit, that DYNO Mapper will meet the user’s requirements, hopes, or expectations. Due to the nature of the service, IDC offers no warranty, implicit or explicit, that DYNO Mapper will be timely, uninterrupted or error-free. Nor does IDC offer any implicit or explicit warranty that DYNO Mapper will be compatible with other hardware or software or that bugs and/or errors will be corrected. IDC offers no warranty, implicit or explicit, that the mathematical calculations performed by DYNO Mapper will be accurate. IDC disclaims all conditions, representations, warranties, implicit or explicit, to the extent permitted by law. IDC shall not be held liable for any damages incurred, including but not limited to damages suffered from loss of profits, loss of goodwill, loss of use, data loss or other tangible or intangible losses incurred by the use of DYNO Mapper.
DYNO Mapper Indemnification
Any and all users of DYNO Mapper agree to hold harmless, indemnify and defend IDC along with its affiliates, agents, officers and employees against any third party claims arising either directly or indirectly from the use of DYNO Mapper, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees, of any kind. IDC will provide written notice of any such claims, suits or actions to the user. IDC’s failure to exercise or seek enforcement of any clause or provision contained in the Terms of Service does not waive said clause or provision. The Terms of Service constitutes the entirety of the contract between IDC Interactive and the User and governs the use of DYNO Mapper. This contract supersedes any prior agreements between IDC and the user, whether written or oral.
